How we work.
A sherpa doesn't pick the mountain for you. They ask which one you want to climb, study the route and climb it with you, one stretch at a time. We do the same with your business: you decide where to go, we plan the way and walk it with you.
First the map,
then the path
We don't touch anything until we understand how you work.
We review your business in depth
We start with where you want to be in 1 or 2 years. Then we look at how you work today, which apps you use and what's holding you back, and hand you a document with everything we found and a plan. It's a separate piece of work. The document is yours, even if you don't continue with us.
We put it in place, bit by bit
With that plan, we set up everything needed, one stretch at a time, for a monthly fee tailored to what you need. It includes two meetings a month and around 20 hours of dedicated work on your business. What doesn't work, we change until it fits you. And in every meeting you see in numbers how it's going: how many new clients come in and how much extra you earn. It usually takes 5 to 6 months.
What we look at and what you get
It's the first step, after the first call. We work out the price with you on that call, based on your business. Everything else is built on what comes out of it.
Where you want to be
We talk about it on the first call: what you want to have changed in your business 1 or 2 years from now.
Every task, drawn step by step
We draw how you do each thing today to see where work gets stuck and what can be improved.
Your apps and what's missing
We look at what you already use and how to get more out of it. If you have nothing, we tell you what to install. With the monthly fee, we install it for you.
How others in your industry do it
We study your industry and your competitors: what they do well, what they don't, and where you can offer better service than them.
Nothing lost if you lose your phone
We check that your contacts, your clients and your payments stay safe even if your phone gets lost or breaks.
A phased plan
What to do first, what comes next, and why. We put it in place with the monthly fee, or you take it and use it however you like.
What we set up to run on its own
It depends on what you want. It's almost always a bit of both.
So you get time back
Quotes and reminders
What you send by hand today, going out on its own.
What you repeat every week
The tasks that always come up and nobody wants to do.
Your apps, working together
They share information without you copying and pasting.
So you win more clients
Getting their details
A simple page or form for people looking for you.
Instant replies
Everyone who messages you gets a reply and a follow-up, even while you're working.
All your clients in one place
See where each one stands at a glance.
Past clients
Reaching back out to people who already trusted you.
Reviews
Asking for them after every job, without having to remember.
Your social media
You send us photos and material. We get it posted.
What it looks like in your type of business
You see the simple part: what happens for your client. Everything underneath that makes it work, we set up.
How it would work for a cleaning company
A cleaning company where WhatsApp and social media run on their own while the team is out cleaning.
1. Someone messages on WhatsApp at 9 p.m.
They get a reply right away: which services are available, what info is needed for a quote, and which days are open.
2. They pick a day and it gets booked
The visit goes straight into the calendar. The day before, they get a reminder.
3. After the job, a thank-you message
With a link to leave a review, without anyone having to remember.
4. The before and after photos
The team sends them over WhatsApp and they get posted on Instagram and Facebook on their own.
The owner doesn't have to be glued to the phone for the business to keep answering.
How it would work for an alarm and camera company
A company that installs alarms and cameras, where no quote gets forgotten.
1. Someone asks for a quote on WhatsApp
They get a reply right away asking what matters: home or business, how many entrances, and whether they want cameras, an alarm or both.
2. The visit gets booked
They pick a day for someone to come see the place. The day before, they get a reminder.
3. Quote and follow-up
After the visit, the quote arrives. If they don't answer, a few days later they get a friendly reminder.
4. Next year's check-up
A year after the install, the client gets a reminder for the check-up, without anyone writing it down.
Every quote gets followed up and every install comes with next year's check-up.
How it would work for an AC company
An AC company in the middle of summer, when whoever answers first gets the job.
1. The AC breaks on a Saturday in July
The client messages on WhatsApp and gets a reply right away with open slots for today or tomorrow.
2. Appointment confirmed
It gets booked and the technician sees it on their phone, with the address and what's wrong with the unit.
3. The technician is on the way
The client gets a heads-up when the technician heads their way. No more waiting in the dark.
4. Maintenance every 6 months
Six months later they get a reminder for maintenance, and they book it with a single message.
Emergencies get handled fast and every client comes back for maintenance.
How it would work for a pool service company
A pool service company with weekly regulars, where clients see the work done and getting paid stops being a chase.
1. A new client signs up
They leave their details in a simple form and get a welcome message with the day of the week they’ll be serviced.
2. It joins the weekly route
Their pool joins the fixed route. Every morning, the technician knows which houses to visit.
3. A photo after every visit
The technician snaps a photo and the client gets it with a message: "Your pool is ready."
4. Billing at the end of the month
The invoice goes out on its own. If it stays unpaid, they get a friendly reminder, no awkward calls.
Every client sees the work got done, and the owner stops chasing payments.
What we don't do
Better to say it clearly up front:
- Shooting or editing videos and content
- Promising you'll go viral
- Running your social media by hand, day to day
- Managing paid ads
