First we get to know your business. Then we improve it with you, step by step.
We review your business in depth
We start with where you want to be in 1 or 2 years. We look at the apps you use and how a client reaches you and gets served, and show you with simple drawings where work gets stuck. You get a written 3-phase plan. It's a separate piece of work, and the plan is yours even if you don't continue with us.
We put it in place, bit by bit
With that plan we set it all up, starting with what slows you down the most, for a monthly fee tailored to what you need. Two meetings a month, around 20 hours of dedicated work, and in every meeting you see in numbers how it's going. What doesn't work, we change.
So it doesn't all depend on you
Answering the same messages, reminding people of appointments, copying info from one place to another… That's 2 or 3 hours a day gone, and if you're not there, nothing moves. We set that up to run on its own, so you and your team have time for clients.
